Bu Andika Spicy Rice, Bali
In addition to natural and cultural tourism, it’s not complete if a vacation to Bali without a culinary tour. When I wanted to change hotels from Ubud to South Kuta, I accidentally passed Jl. Raya Kuta to stop by my favorite place to eat, namely Bu Andika spicy rice. And as a spicy lover, this spicy rice is my favorite every time I visit Bali.

Location of Bu Andika Spicy Rice
Mrs. Andika’s restaurant has several branches in the Kuta area. These branches are located in :
- Jl. Raya Kuta No.120C, Kuta, Kec. Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361
- Jalan Patih Jelantik Ruko No.9, Legian, Kuta, Legian, Kec. Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80232
- Jl. Blambangan No.55, Kuta, Kec. Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361
The branches that I visit the most are those on Jalan Raya Kuta and Jalan Patih Jelantik. Then the taste in each branch is also the same, nothing different. Then for the opening hours, all branches of Mrs. Andika’s restaurant are open 24 hours every day. the price of food here ranges from Rp. 25,000 to Rp. 50,000 depending on what side dish you choose.
A variety of spicy side dishes at Bu Andika Spicy Rice
Spicy food is synonymous with Bali, so don’t be surprised if Mrs. Andika’s spicy rice also carries a spicy theme in her food. When I arrived at the location, I immediately ordered food that had been arranged in the front window. Various side dishes are also available here, ranging from fried chicken, intestines, fried noodles, fried anchovies, eggplant vegetables, tempeh tofu, balado potatoes, chili sauce, and many others. Oh yes, all the menus at this restaurant are halal, guys. In this restaurant, visitors order food directly to the waiter in front who then the waiter immediately takes whatever side dishes we want. After that the waiter will give you a card that has listed the price in rupiah for our total order.

So when you eat at this restaurant, there is no definite price benchmark, depending on what kind of side dish you order. My favorite side dish is usually chicken, potato balado, fried intestines, tofu gravy, and chili sauce. For drinks here, the prices are standard like food stalls in general. Then after you finish eating, bring the card with the nominal price to the cashier to pay for it.
So, for those of you who love spicy food, this restaurant is really recommended, especially when you go to Bali. If you don’t like spicy food, just ask not to use chili sauce or choose a menu with a low level of spiciness.
That’s my story about Bu Andika spicy rice on this Kuta highway. For those of you who are on vacation to Bali, it doesn’t hurt to try eating at this place. Thank you 🙂
It’s like spicy food – sometimes you have to tone it down so more people can enjoy it..
